This Year, Stop Fear!

Fear hurts!...... It does not produce faith in anything good we would to do. It directly opposes the best that God has for us. It is inconvenient, it is harmful, and it wants to steal from you, destroy your life, and kill you if you allow it to. 

It seems that escaping from the grip of fear can actually at times appear to be impossible,...such is the nature of fear and it's '1001' lies that accompany that spirit from hell. God so hates the spirit of fear and it's deception of unbelief and the harm that can sometimes come to  anyone who choses to believe it, that he declares in his word in Revelation 21:8 that the reward for choosing to walk in fear will be eternal damnation........

 

If someone who does not know God in the 'Beauty of Holiness' just happened to read Rev. 21:8 at face value without having an understanding of the nature of God, it would seem a bit ironic and unfair that any individual who may have lived a life of fear and misery would somehow end up eternally seperated from God instead of comforted. 

Well.... let's see who God is talking about and whom he is referring to...... God is indeed a fair and just God; so much so that he has chosen NOT to punish us with the measurement we deserve, which is death for our sins. Instead he placed our punishment, along with 'torture' and 'fear' upon his Son,...our Lord and Savior 'Jesus the Christ'. Jesus took the punishment that we deserved so we would not have to endure the torture and fear that accompanies it. This is why we no longer have to fear   the 'spirit of fear'. We can choose to face whatever situation the enemy will try to bring against us with 'faith' and 'certainty' that God is our shield and our protector.

 

The cause(s) of fear and it's solution(s) go hand in hand............We will find the main cause of our 'fears' is as simple and profound as a lack of  understanding of the word of God...... (Proverbs 4:7)

 

We fear that God wants to punish us and does not love us in the way that we think he should, without really understanding that the anger he used to feel towards you as a sinner is 'no more' because it was taken away by the final 'blood sacrifice' of Jesus.... in spite of what you may have been 'taught' or led to believe, and besides that.... know that God IS your Father, and he loves you beyond what you may be able to comprehend, and will not give you a 'rock' if you are hungry and ask for a piece of bread. That, in and of itself, should remove your fear, knowing that no matter how messed up you may find yourself, your Father is not angry at you!... He loves you and longs to have a relationship with you in order to take away all of your fear. (Matthew 7:9)

 

Doubting God at his word is the number "1" tactic the enemy will use to remove you from believing in your 'Father God' for his protection and deliverance in your life. If you do not exercise simple, child-like faith in God's word for your life, then that is an invitation for fear to show up and walk through the front door.  Do not try to micro-manage your walk with God, trying to figure out every step you should take, in your own mind.. Let God have his way in your life and lean on him. God can't do his best work for you being your Co-Pilot, He works best in your life when HE is the PILOT, and YOU are the Co-Pilot...........

 

Fear came to the 'Garden of Eden' in the book of Genesis (3:10) as a result of Adam's disobedience to his Father. It took the gruesome, bloody sacrifice of our Savior Jesus to take the 'Keys of Peace' back from the enemy's hand and redeem each and every one of us in the process. Decide to live a life that is pleasing to Father God who loves you. 

Decide that KNOWN SIN will no longer be a part of your life, because you cannot afford to pay the 'price' it demands any longer, which is FEAR!.....Focus on God's thoughts of you and not people's opinion of you....Knowing that you may make mistakes occasionally but God has still called you righteous through his Son Jesus, and your NAME is forever

written in the 'LAMB'S BOOK OF LIFE', should bring you JOY and PEACE and kill the 'spirit of fear' once and for all in your life!.................

No Jesus, No Peace!...Know Jesus, Know Peace!....BE BLESSED!
