Closer Than You Think

I don't want to take another step. I can't go any farther. I'm tired of my life going nowhere.  Nothing ever works out for me. Have you ever said anything like this? Well, I'm confessing to you that I have said these statements many times in my life.  

But today, right now, right here, I refuse to speak defeat over my life and the lives of my children and grandchildren.  I am exchanging negativity for the blessings of God. I will speak goodness over our lives. I expect God's Favor to reign over every facet of my life and the lives of my children and grandchildren too.  I believe that I am closer than I think. I'm almost there. I'm right around the corner from receiving the full benefits of God's blessings.

The good news that I have to share with you is: Now is the time. Don't Stop. You can't stop. Take another step. Believe in that dream...still. Expect that dream...still. Because, my friends you're actually closer than you think.

I've been dreaming dreams of success, wealth, good things for me, for my children and loved ones.

I've always been a dreamer. I want every single good gift and every perfect gift that comes from above from the father of lights. Since the cattle on a thousand hills belong to my God, then I expect Him to provide abundantly for me.  I am a child of the most High God and by golly I'm going to start acting like it. I'm going to start talking like it. I'm going to start thinking like it.  I am somebody special.  My dreams are about to come to pass. It's so amazing.  I know that I'm at the threshold of all that God has in store for me.  The windows of heaven are about to spring open and God is getting ready to pour me out so many blessings that there won't be room enough for me to receive them! I am no longer going to accept a life of mediocrity, of just enough.  I'm expecting God's blesses to run me down, chase me and overtake me!

God loves me and He loves you too. He wants us to stop acting like we're poor, pitiful victims. He wants us to act like heirs and heiresses to the kingdom.  Don't you see how celebrity heiresses act? They often live like they've already acquired their inheritance.  They don't wait until the money is in their bank account; they live according to the wealth their parents have.  It's time for all of God's children to stop having an average mentality.

We're closer than we think to all the blessings of God.  We don't have to wander around on this earth like lost sheep, when God is sovereign!  We're closer than we think to realizing our dreams. We're closer than we think to what God has designed for us to acquire.  If we faint not, don't give up, don't give in, we will see all of the good things that God has in store for us come to pass.

I don't know about you, but I am determined to have all that God has for me Now. I don't have to wait until I'm with God in heaven. There is so much that He has for me while I am living and breathing on this earth. And I'm going to remain steadfast because I do believe that I am Closer Than I Think.  How about you?
