Do Muslims Believe that Jesus Performed Miracles?

In Surah al-Maeda (5:112-15), the Qur'an has a version of a miracle of Jesus rivaling those of the biblical record:

Behold! the Disciples said: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Can thy Lord send down to us a table set (with food) from heaven?"

Said Jesus: "Fear Allah, if ye have faith."

They said: "We only wish to eat thereof and satisfy our hearts, and to know that Thou hast indeed told us the truth; and that we ourselves may be witnesses to the miracle." Said Jesus the son of Mary: "O Allah our Lord! Send us from heaven a Table set (with food), that there may be for us- for the first and last of us- a solemn festival and a Sign from Thee; And provide for our sustenance, for Thou are the best Sustainer (of our needs)."

Allah said: 'I will send it down to you; But if any of you after that resisteth faith, I will punish him with a penalty such as I have not afflicted on any among all the peoples."

Interestingly, 'Ali's commentary on the Qur'an observes that the words spoken by the disciples "suggest the Lord's Supper." Muslims do not deny that Jesus met with His disciples for a final meal on the night before His arrest, which is usually called the "Last Supper." Nor do they doubt that Jesus performed miracles or that He was betrayed and arrested. They do deny His crucifixion, burial, resurrection, and ascension as our High Priest, as we shall see.
