Destiny: Chance or Choice?

I've heard people say--"I just can't seem to get a break.  Everything I try to do fail. All of my efforts are for nothing."  Is this really the truth?  It's their truth as they've said it to themselves for so long that they've come to believe it.  Is your destiny a matter of choice of chance? Is your destiny connected to or limited by what others say or do?

Jeremiah 29:11 is REGS Books' signature scripture.  God has great plans for many of us. Sometimes it seems that the dreams, visions, desires of our heart are out of our reach and so, frustrated, we fold or give up.  I have one question for you--"What does quitting have to do with any part of God's plan for your life?"  Okay maybe two questions--"Why not persevere and run to the end to see what it brings?"

We look at what we think we see and then deception takes place--from the enemy as well as self-deception.  When we look in the natural we just might cave in and quit.  But if you continue to, on a daily basis, look to hills from whence cometh your help, knowing your help comes from the Lord, and take the steps one at a time, you will find and fulfill your destiny.

Destiny--chance or choice?  The answer is so easy; it's definitely a matter of choice.

God gives each of us a part of His plan for our lives on a need-to-know basis and presents us with choices daily to bring the plan into manifestation.  If, and when, our lives are properly aligned with the Word of God, when we stop making excuses, stop making the wrong choices and begin to make the right ones, we will see our destiny unfold before our very eyes.  We will see the manifested glory of God.

"But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him." - I Corinthians 2:9

Do you love Him?  If so, God says--you choose as your destiny is in direct correlation to the choices you make. Begin to make some positive choices, aligned with the Word of God and see his plan unfold.  Make the right choices and you will never be able to use the excuses shown above again.  You're taking control of your life and not allowing anyone or anything to block you.  You've decided to get in the game and go the distance.  Remember, it's the choices you make that determine the outcome.
