Spain thrashed Tahiti 8-0 in the Under-20 World Cup, with Aaron Niguez, Emilio Nsue and Kike scoring twice each.
Arsenal midfielder Fran Merida thumped in another from 25 yards (meters) in the 74th minute and Kike came off the bench to grab two late on, before Ander Herrera completed the rout in the 88th on Friday.
Niguez tapped home in the 11th minute after goalkeeper Teheipuarii Hauata blocked Fran Merida's shot. Four minutes later, Niguez had plenty of time and space to find the bottom corner.
Nsue blasted the ball past Hauata for his first goal in the 17th minute, and slid in to convert Niguez's cross for his second in the 32nd.
Venezuela earlier beat Nigeria 1-0 in Group B's other match.
