The concession fare at Target Field will have a clear local flair.
The Twins and their concession manager Delaware North Sportservice revealed on Monday many of the food items they'll sell at the new ballpark beginning this spring.
Stands around the stadium will be branded with nine different themes, each with specific menus. Three of them will honor former Twins, including Frankie V's Italian for 1988 Cy Young Award winner Frank Viola. Halsey's Sausage Haus will fete famed radio announcer Halsey Hall, and Senor Smoke's will serve Carribbean and Mexican food in the name of ex-relief pitcher Juan Berenguer (BEAR'-uhn-gair).
Other concessions will include a steak sandwich from Murray's and State Fair-style walleye on a stick.
