A gay former engineer at the Christian broadcast giant Trinity Broadcasting Network has settled a civil lawsuit that alleged his employer harassed him for his sexual orientation.
Court papers filed in federal court in Orange County show Brian Dugger settled out of court last month with TBN for an undisclosed amount.
The lawsuit alleged that Paul Crouch Jr., the son of founders Jan and Paul Crouch, told Dugger to stop being "gay," teased Dugger in front of others and told him to take more interest in women.
Dugger had asked for more than $2 million in damages.
Calls to his attorney and TBN were not immediately returned.
TBN broadcasts 24-hours worldwide and describes itself as the world's largest religious network.

I'm not surprised. Pretty soon, Christians in the US will not be allowed to witness about Jesus Christ. Slowly, but surely, it will come to past. So many evil people are using the name "Christian" to do evil things. They are messing up the rest of us who are really concerned about lost souls.
Christian organization cannot discriminate against, but they will be taking a huge risk by hiring gays.
Paul Couch, Jr. made a mistake by not talking with him in private in God's Spirit of Love. He didn't have to embarrass him in front of others.
Christians must witness to gays respectfully. Tauting and teasing isn't a way to a gay person's soul.
Preaching and witnessing to gays is one thing and is certainly biblical. Making fun of gays isn't witnessing at all and is NOT of God. Jesus wouldn't tease or taut gays. Instead HE would lovingly lead them in the way they (gays) should go.

My goodness, do I ever hate to hear something like this. Yes we should witness but not harass. I can't believe that Paul did that. If there is money involved perhaps that might be more the reason. I ask God to forgive me if I am wrong, but they didn't just find out that this guy was gay, but suddenly he's being teased.
